		<description>Thanks for the response. You make a good point about scaling the reward to fit the level. I&#039;ve only recently started running DnD3.5 and none of the PCs are higher than 3rd level. Usually I&#039;m running Cyberpunk, World of Darkness, Amber and such -- games with no actual level advancement. I&#039;ll definitely give your suggestion a try.</description>

		<description>We have similar bonuses occasionally in our play group; though something I wanted to say specifically towards the post you made:

100-200xp is significant at very low level, but once characters have achieved as little as level 5 the trickle of bonus xp is nice, but hardly falls into the scales. By level 10 and beyond it is practically insignificant.

What about instead giving the players 20% bonus xp for the session instead? Or perhaps, to put it into DnD3.5 context, give a player xp as if they were one level lower than they actually are. I.e. a level 8 hero receives say 1000xp for a particular encounter, which a level 7 hero instead receives 1200xp for.</description>
