Our Mission
No GM I know likes prep work. No GM likes dealing with problem players. Our mission is to create tools that make the more difficult parts of GMing a little easier, giving you more time to focus on the parts you love.

Jade’s Story
Isn’t it amazing how chance encounter can change your life? I for me, it began at summer camp in August of 1980 when I stumbled across a group of people playing AD&D. I managed to talk myself into the group, little knowing I’d started a life-long addiction that day. Later, like so many gamers, I thought “wouldn’t it be great if I could make money gaming?” So I began to write articles and submit them to gaming magazines.
Have you ever been told to give up writing because you obviously had no talent for it? That was the basic gist of my first rejection letter from Dragon Magazine. Luckily, I didn’t listen. Since that time, I’ve written articles for White Wolf Magazine, Challenge Magazine (both, alas, defunct) and the Ars Magica 4th edition supplement A Medieval Tapestry.
I still wanted to make my living doing what I loved best – gaming. What I love best about gaming is becoming immersed in the characters and their world and watching my players become equally immersed. Combining that with a degree in theatrical design led me to create a game company with the focus of helping gamers create a sense of being really, truly caught up in their games.
